| I
owned a rental property for 8 years. The house had been built
quickly and not to plan or to code. Nick repaired all the problems
including jackhammering out part of the foundation to re-lay plumbing
that had been incorrectly laid and planing the kitchen subflooring
which had buckled after the dishwasher leaked due to poor maintenance.
